My original name is Val Silva and my love for nature, especially for Campos do Jordão - where I was born and raised in the middle of the mountains and araucarias - made me assume the name that best reflects my essence - Val de Campos!
I am a Multispecialist professional and I work in the most diverse fields of PEOPLE AND BUSINESS.
I live studying and specializing in themes that reveal the HUMAN BEING, its worlds, challenges and complexity. I dedicate my time and energy to activities and projects with TRANSFORMATION AND POSITIVE IMPACT and SUSTAINABLE results.

- Graduated in Accounting and Business Administration with an MBA in Human Resources from FIA and a Master's in Education from PUC.
- Graduated in Executive Coaching from Instituto Eco Social and Certified by ICF – International Coach Federation.
- Cultural Transformation Consultant with International Certification by the Barrett Values Center.
- Consultant of Integral Theory applied to management (Meta Integral Model) by Chie Integrates.

EXPERIENCE
Working as an executive for over 20 years and developing a career as a specialist in Human and Organizational Development in large companies, such as: General Motors, Coca-Cola, Santander Banespa, AstraZeneca, Merck Sharp & Dome and Banco Itaú.
I worked for 9 years as a Consultant and Educator at Fundação Dom Cabral, contributing to organizational transformation projects for large companies and their executives in the sectors: Services, Finance, Agribusiness, Health, Energy, Consumer Goods, Technology, among others. Val de Campos works as a Consultant, Coach, and Executive and Entrepreneur Mentor. She built her career as an executive and specialist in Human and Organizational Development in large companies such as General Motors, Coca-Cola, Santander Banespa, AstraZeneca, Merck Sharp & Dome, and Banco Itaú. She collaborates with the HUB IDG - Vale do Paraíba - integrating Inner Development Goals with the mission of promoting a real impact on Sustainable Development Goals.
She also collaborates with the Core Team of the Love Chair with the aim of regenerating relationships between people and their ecosystems in both public and private spheres.
